VfMH rely on donations to continue the work. As the organisation is run entirely by volunteers with expenses covered by members, all funds raised go directly to the hospital or the volunteers to enable them to work with the patients of Tarnaveni hospital. The majority of money is raised by volunteers who have worked in the hospital and want to support the continuation of the work.
